Iconiq Homes is a privately owned property development company specialising in building luxury houses and apartments in sought after locations.
The company was founded out of a passion for creating homes with a bespoke, unique and individual feel. We take pride in our attention to detail and love creating homes that people are proud to live in.
We choose superb locations and work with likeminded architects and contractors to create luxurious, contemporary and bespoke new houses and apartments. We also take existing buildings in sought after locations and remodel and refurbish, challenging us to create spaces that are inspiring and unique.
Each property is individually and passionately designed, and we ensure that all our homes are built with a high level of specification in order to meet the demands of today’s modern living. Considerable time is allocated to design, with both the external architecture and interior design being carefully considered. We develop our sites with great passion and commitment to provide buyers with a truly aspirational product.

LAND WANTED
If you have a piece of land with planning permission or believe that your land may have some development potential, we would love to hear from you. We are always looking to purchase suitable land and development sites in Kent, with a particular focus on the Whitstable, Tankerton and Canterbury areas. We are keen to purchase land with or without planning permission.
Your existing home may have potential for development, whether it be for a single house, multiple houses or apartments/townhouses. If you are unsure as to its potential, we would be more than happy to carry out our own site appraisal, at no cost.
